This thread is crap. Kliff and Keim took the worst team in the NFL and turned it into the best in 2 years.

Just like James Jones and Monty Williams.

(Mike Hazen, are you listening??)

Y so serious? We're past the bellyaching and just having fun with it.

KK is doing a great job, but its not 100% all on him. SK put together a great team this year.

My thoughts, it stinks JJ Watts is out, but honestly, I think he is the one that has helped this team gel. His leadership and his love for the game has probably bled down to the whole team. I'm thinking if they didn't have JJ on the team, they wouldn't be gelling as much as they are now. Just my conspiracy theory. :p

During the first 2 games yesterday I thought to myself several times that ANY of those 4 teams would take Kliff over their bozos. I'll give the Raiders interim coach a mulligan though, he's in a very tough situation.
Quite a turn around in my opinion of Kliff from the last 2 years. He's doing an amazing job this year.

KK has done a fine job

i think the staff overall is pretty good

Vance has done a good job -- Jeff Rodgers the special teams coach looks to be pretty good as well as Kugler on the o-line

there have been references to both Cam Turner and Spencer Whipple as being bright, up and coming offensive coaches -- and while Whipple did call plays in the CLE game, not much to go on there

Honestly? Just getting PP out of the locker room was a net win, IMO. Replacing him with JJ Watt? Holy cow.
