I died a little inside. I FINALLY had hope that at the very least my true favorite team, the Celtics, would give me something to cheer for. But no.... now another 10+ years of "what ifs" just like when we lost out on Duncan.

And to compound it the Suns lost out too. I don't think the draft could have gone any worse, short of the Hawks getting the #1 or #2 pick.

I'm thinking the Hawks could possibly package #3 and #11 and get to #2 if they wanted.

No way that would happend.... Sonics are going to lose Lewis anyway, and now they are just getting a better version of him.

The Blazers now have a desicison, they have 3 stud big men, I actually think Randolph has a better chance of getting traded than Aldrige... The blazers are going to be a SCARY team for years to come IMO

The hawks will pick mike Conley JR with the third pick (and he will really struggle his first year so Im not worried) and the 11th pick will hopefully pick someone like Spencer Hawes, (who is a huge stiff)...

Im not hitting the panic button yet, I think the Hawks will find a way to screw this up, I am just glad the hawks didn't land the 1 or 2 picks!

I think with Durant coming they actually have a better chance at keeping Lewis.

Randolph will be odd man out IMO. I don't think they bring in Oden and team them two up. JMHO. There are reasons. I think Portland will part with him.

Conley will struggle at 1st but be a Nash type long term. It's who I wish we'd have a shot at this year. It would have been sweet having him learn from the master.

But , like it's been said, they both are in the West Conference for the next decade. :(

And as a Laker fan I'm positively GIDDY that the Celts got screwed. And I'm relieved that the Suns don't get the 4th pick and continue to improve. The Lakers have a ton of catching up to do.
