Yeah, that's the way I see it. I thought this was carved in stone the moment he signed with Rich Paul. He's going to the Lakers unless Lebron has a reason he shouldn't. In which case, I'd expect some place like New York to raise both Anthony and Paul's brand.
Maybe the Suns and whole list of teams are going to be the modern day Washington Generals.
The huge money market teams will control the top players most of the time unless there is a stroke of luck.
It's hard to see the Spurs getting back to the top anymore or well run teams like the Jazz.
Even when the smaller market teams get the top players, perhaps it's inevitable they become a farm team for the glamour markets.
