Main… how many coaches do you need to see that the general construct of the team is fatally flawed? We saw them get embarrassed out of the playoffs with a 30 point home less with Monty, get embarrassed out of the playoffs in an ugly 4-0 sweep with Vogel and then be the most embarrassing team in the league with the highest payroll that didn’t even give them a chance to get embarrassed out of the playoffs with Bud.

That’s 3 different coaches, 2 of whom were recent NBA Title winners and the other 1 was a recent Coach Of The Year winner and the results kept getting worse. When someone shows you who they are not once, not twice, but three times, all to worse results than the last, I tend to believe them.

When you start preaching to the choir, it gets a bit heavy. Why don't you stick to the topic?

Constantly blaming the coaches is going to ensure that players like Book face ZERO accountability. It sends the message that "hey it's not your fault" every single time. It gives the players an out. Not to mention that most great teams have coaching stability. We have some constants on this team in terms of culture. That's Book and the people constructing the roster. There is plenty of blame to go around though.

Whoa… what? Your post that I responded to talked about wanting to see another coach with this group. My question was a direct response to that point asking how many coaches does it take when we’ve already watched three different coaches fail miserably with this nucleus.

How is that not on topic? Am I missing something here?

Because I was talking about so much more than coaching, yet you run with this as the topic.

We all know the Suns problems are much bigger.

I wanted to dissect the team and coaches before tossing it out to better build the Suns roster next season.

Really surprised to see Podz playing tonight he was supposedly throwing up just a couple of hours before the game. They said he was severely under the weather I had heard he wasn't even going to suit up.

How did they not call that foul? That wasn't just a foul that was a flagrant, GP2 was just lifting off and got shoved from behind and is now hurt.

I will say if Kuminga doesn't play tonight he's not playing at all, Podz sick and now GP2 hurting

I'm sure they're going to win the challenge but Kuminga is coming in, Kerr has no choice. Podz sick, Payton with an injured shoulder and Butler out limping badly. You almost at this point have to just play it out and rest guys for game 3 no sense wearing out Podz in this game

Local guy online says they had to pop GP2's shoulder back in but he's probably going to play with it.

Assuming Butler doesn't play in game 3, the NBA needs to review this game and fine if not suspend Brooks. He took a 3 in the 3rd quarter, Curry ran by he stuck his leg out and got called for an offensive foul but as he went down he wrapped his legs around Steph in like a scissor move and took him down like a UFC hold. Steph was screaming for a foul and you could hear Kerr from the bench yelling about it. They called the O foul on him but they didn't review it. Had they I think they would have thrown him out.

Steph with an airball. That's about it for the Warriors this game. They better hope Jimmy Buckets returns in game 3.

Warriors seem rather toothless sans Jimmy.

not really surprised. The big surprise to me is Kerr putting Podz back in the game there's just no point he's sick, they're going to lose just play Spencer and rest Podz for game 3.

AS soon as they announced Butler was out for the rest of the game I was expecting a letdown like this. They're all worried about Butler the rest of the series.

Post has made a couple of 3's but his lack of strength is getting exposed in this series, Adams is just destroying him he literally can't move around Adams, Steven gets his body on him and Post is just unable to do anything he is so physically overmatched

Stopped watching the game in the third but I was surprised at how much that stadium seemed like a morgue considering the magnitude of the game.

What happened to Jimmy?

Friendly fire. Draymond pushed/fell into Thompson who fell into Butler as he was in the air. Jimmy landed on his back and tailbone has a bruised pelvis out for the game. Actually can't believe they're even somewhat competitive, Podz is sick and Payton is playing with one arm.

If Jimmy can't go the Warriors are in trouble in game 3 although Podz should be better by then

That's clearly a flagrant but Draymond has to be smarter it's like he's trying to start something because he's mad and he's the one that injured Butler not Houston. Be mad about the foul on Payton that was dirty. Be mad about the takedown of Curry by Brooks, that was dirty, but Draymond is going after guys all over the court. His screen on Van Vleet should have been a flagrant IMO

Kerr needs to take Draymond out he's going to injure someone and he's already injured Butler

Jalen Green is having a star making performance. Hope he can keep it up. Definitely could see him breakout like Ant did last year.

I have very little sympathy for the Warriors when it comes to injury luck in the playoffs, as their dynasty involved a lot of seemingly deliberate, really dirty plays, but upon further review, this one is either Thompson being really dirty or it is caused because he flopped... thinking it was Green pushing him but it was actually Adams knocking him forward.

That's not a bad angle but it starts way too soon.

Amen is pushed by Adams while making a play on the ball, or preparing to make a play. I think he's loose because of where the ball is and I don't believe it was a flop. His legs are certainly tangled in a mess of guys, Adams and Draymond being the main ones. So I don't think he flopped for a foul call or in an attempt to hurt Jimmy. Some on Twitter are claiming he was deliberately under cutting Jimmy with a different angle but I think that is ridiculous. He's not sure footed at any point and sort of stumbles.

Here's a side angle.
