I had no idea that Murray's Agent and Kingsbury's agent are the same person.

What a coincidence that like 2 days after Kingsbury is hired that Murray switches sports.

You have to see how much it benefits the agent if Murray is taken #1.

That agent is going to be able to say "I took a fired college coach and got him a NFL Head Coaching job and I got my client who had committed to another sport to be taken #1 overall"

I really like Murray but I just can't believe all of this is coincidence.

So, Allbright is usually correct, which would mean that your agenda is probably correct. You can review Allbrights activity, but basically:

Kliff took the job with Murray in mind and Bidwill/Keim approved.

The contract details with Murray have already been ironed out with the Cardinals. There is still an out as the process plays out, but it's a done deal, realistically.

Rosen gets traded on draft day.

You may be right in that Murray is the pick, but I know all parties went into this process with Rosen in mind.

Also, Allbright said that the Raiders wanted Murray about a month ago. He also assumed that the Chargers would be the team that gets Rosen. In other words, he’s all over the place. He’s a third-tier reporter who aimlessly guesses. A Glazer or a Schefter he is not

You are correct from everything that we heard and read at the time that KK was hired.

Information changes especially this time of year. If the Cards don’t take Murray he will look like an idiot (along with many others).

Its funny how almost anything pertaining to Rosen being gone is looked at as nearly Gospel and yet at the same time rumors about Rosen staying are just a smokescreen?
At the same time a 6 month old quote is taken as fact but a quote from same guy pertaining to other QB staying and being the guy is just "Coachspeak" or toeing the company line.

I've always wondered if that was part of the appeal to Kliff. I can see him in the interview explaining that not only can I bring my system but I can get Kyler to come with me . Who knows draft day needs to hurry up

Draft day is 2 weeks away. Lots of smoke and mirrors right now. I will believe it if it happens that night and only then.

Being force fed a player is not the way to go about the draft. Best player to improve the team is the right move. Many directions for Keim to go.

It's to the point where I don't even think KK gets the job if he didn't have something ironed out with Murray ... My conspiracy mind and all.lol But my mind has been here since the hire and Murray decision.

I really like Murray but I just can't believe all of this is coincidence.

To call all of this a smokescreen would have to be the most concentrated effort in the history of the draft to point towards one guy in one of the most unfavorable draft to do this at number one with such intensity. We have the first pick, not the second or mid range where we have to be worried about someone getting in front of us, we have the choice. With so much DL talent, who is going to want to move up for one DL guy? With such a dynamic but equally high unknown in Murray who has to play in a offense built around him which seems only the Cardinals can provide in relation to the QB needy teams with next year's QB class on the horizon and no other QB worth the number one, who is going to move up for a QB? In my mock I am putting Murray at number one due to what has transpired

Bosa and Williams all coming on the same day seems like a lack of seriousness to evaluate. Murray showing up with his agent, an agent of our new head coach. The Cardinals being the only team to not attend his pro day. A new head coach which has adored this QB since forever. A offense which can accommodate the extra variables Murray might be able to excel at. The total lack of a straight answers with Rosen while in this scenario

Now the draft is seldom about logic on the outside looking in but Murray seems to be the pick with as a fan what I am privy to with all the rest of the NFL teams seemingly endorsing this by saying Murray will be the selection

I like Rosen but expect Murray to be the selection... and ready to support him

Given that the Cards have the #1 pick, Keim and MB would have burst out laughing if KK guaranteed he could rope in KM.

I find it odd that this seems completely ludicrous to you.. maybe not a guarantee, but at least approaching with the idea.

Hey, I know you have the #1 pick and can take anyone in the draft you want but I can land you X player - you dont see why that is a silly statement? You think they couldnt take murray if KK wasnt here? come on man, we have the #1 pick and can get whoever the hell we want regardless.

It's ludicrous because it's not true.

Why Murray hype when 9ers, Jets, Raiders, Tampa, New York all don't need QBs? I mean Cardinals hyping Bosa would have had a good traction to trade the pick no?

I hear ya...but let's assume KK goes in for an interview... They have a thorough discussion about Rosen and QB play. The discussion then has Murray brought into it from KK talking about a great qb, that he loves, for his system and would be a great fit....even better than Rosen. It could have been that simple. Maybe not.. maybe even Keim is enamored with the kid. Maybe not. No one has asked Keim about Murray. My only point was to not think all this conversation between coaches and organizations can't happen whatsoever.. just having an open mind about it all. Nothing is ever out of the realm of possibility.

Your assessment doesn't jibe with Bosa bailing on Jets after being told by 9ers he is their pick at #2 if available. Murray is visiting Giants ans Redskins means no assurances from Cardinals yet no?

Who on this board confirmed KK’s hiring before it was announced?

You must be registered for see images attach
You have went off the rails... Who said anything about predicting his hiring? I didn't.
