Indiana loves Ayton and don't want to compensate the Suns fairly. Do the Suns have to just settle for a injury prone & lower rebounding Turner with only 1 year left and the only upside for the Suns is paying Turner $18 million instead of paying Ayton his max of $30 million and having a expiring contract? I'm still saying you want Ayton sweeten the offer. But I guess the Suns don't see Ayton as ever becoming a maturing player while reaching his potential ,as a better serious player even if they gave him a Max deal as it would handcuff them. Too bad it didn't work out as sometimes you have to move on. I'll always follow the Suns but the Pelicans, Grizzlies, and Pacers will have my attention this year as I like their direction & moves. Suns will always disappoint. A championship always seems beyond their grasp.Ayton for Turner straight up is a failed trade by the Suns. I think everyone on the forum knows this.
