...the more I can convince myself that the Cards are going to roll the Seahawks.

Carry on.

The Cards are going to the Super Bowl!

The last time the Giants won a Super Bowl the Cards made it the next season. We're a lock.

We are going to look pretty foolish if we let a rookie QB come into our house and run us up and down the field, while our QBs continue to be an embarrassment. Let's pray that doesn't happen. And if it still does, then that pretty much proves there is no merciful God.

(Besides the fact that it is going to be a very long season)

We also went 5-11 and 8-8 leading up to our SB year.

The last two seasons: 5-11 and 8-8.

I am here to let you know I have infiltrated your website, I was surprised your team has FANS. My Seahawks will roll over the RETARDINALS on Sunday.

I'm here to introduce myself as the enemy blogger and poster, I'll keep my comments respectful and let your fans think about how the opposition feels.
your team had to start a young, inexperienced QB because the guy you paid a bunch sucks, your RB is hurt, and you cut Lutui. I think we probably feel pretty similar at this point lol

We cut T.O. and Kellen Winslow Jr. during the preseason and Matt Flynn is much better than Whitehurst and Jackson who we got rid of recently.
lol, we got rid of Derek Anderson and Max Hall recently. Kolb is much better than them. But being a better QB than a big pile of garbage doesn't stand for much

Before we get any further with any discussions about football, I hope you welcome Enemy Bloggers on your site. Its nothing personal just business(football), its all supposed to be in fun. In our message boards we invite ENEMY BLOGGERS.

We definitely do, but if you are on the main board you are expected to be respectful and add intelligent discussion about your team and the game. If all you want to do it talk about how great your team is and how much our team sucks and how you're going to crush us, there is a separate board called "Smack Shack" that is designated for that and you'll find plenty of people willing to get into those kinds of exchanges. A few opposing fans have not been able to stick to the rules and have been limited to this board.

So, all that in mind, what are your thoughts around the game? Anyone flying under the radar you think may surprise us with a good game?

I'm actually here to see what the opposition thinks and pass their thoughts to the seahawkblue.com website. I'm really nervous about this game as with all games. NFL games are never easy no matter who your opposition is. Every fanbase is going to have someone post some crazy prediction like going 16-0 but I only take it one game at a time.

Well, just my opinion, but here's my analysis from a Cards perspective:

To anyone who has been paying attention, QB and O-line are by far our biggest concern/question mark. I'm expecting defense and running game to carry us, especially early in the year.

Especially with Beanie questionable, I'm very curious to see if the coaching staff is going to unleash Ryan Williams -- if they do, he could really surprise some people sooner rather than later.

I expect our defense to pressure Wilson hard all game and give a ton of different looks and pressures. Wouldn't be surprised to see at least 3 or 4 different guys get sacks from all over the field.

Stewart Bradley (LB), who was a disaster last year after coming over from Philly, had an excellent preseason. I don't think he's projected to start, but I think you'll see him all over the field at LB and used in a lot of different roles. Very interested to see if the strong preseason will carry over.

We have excellent special teams weapons. PP21 on punt returns doesn't really need further explanation, but PP21, Calais Campbell, and rookie Justin Bethel are snipers blocking kicks and we have some good gunners too. Leon Washington is a beast in his own right, and I think the game could hinge/swing on a big special teams play.

Under the radar guys I think could have an impact on our side: Jemmel Flemming (CB), Justin Bethel (CB/S), O'Brien Schofield (LB), Stewart Bradley (LB), David Carter (DL), Rob Housler (TE), Laron Byrd (WR) - if he plays (not sure if he'll dress), and if Beanie doesn't go and they want to ease Ryan Williams back in there's a chance William Powell may get some looks - he looked very good in preseason against lesser competition.

I think it's going to be a very close game and I just have a hunch it might come down to a big special teams play either way.

basically word-for-word my thoughts. I want Byrd to play slot, he finished out his plays over the middle all through preseason. I also think if Beanie is out, Powell will be in. Especially with RWill still coming back from the injury last year. Like it or not, he needs to be eased back into it

I wish this site was more receptive to ENEMY BLOGGERS. I mean without any ENEMY BLOGGERS coming around, how would we ever get excited for our game. Thank you ENEMY BLOGGERS for keeping this site interesting.
