Cards could've gone NE style and traded back two or three times and still gotten Jackson...would've liked that better.

We shall see.
Josh Allen can`t read coverages.Josh Allen `s accuracy issues are worse than LJ.Everyone talks about how athletic Josh Allen is...LJ can run circles around Allen.Josh Allen is overrated.Mayfield will continue the Cleveland tradition OF qb INEPTITUDE.

I've lived through Steve Pisarkiewicz, Steve Little, Clyde Duncan, Kelly Stouffer, Tom Knight, so being the worst pick ever is a tough contest.

Haha! Indeed.

Idk if it's getting older or what but I dont have any kind of emotional reaction to the draft anymore. I've seen too many of these guys fizzle for teams across the league, across the years. I know what a crapshoot it is. Nobody KNOWS how any of these guys are gonna pan out so I dont see the point in getting all worked up about it anymore.

I never in a million years woulda guessed that David Johnson would be one of the biggest stars in the league, or that Larry Fitzgerald would become the heart and soul of the franchise,,, or that guys would be complete busts or disappointments like Bryant, Floyd, Cooper, etc.

We'll just see how it goes! lol

First round was bookended by Heisman winners, with Baker Mayfield going 1st overall to the Browns and Lamar Jackson going 32nd to the Ravens. It’s the 3rd time multiple Heisman-winning QBs were taken in same draft (Winston & Mariota in 2015, Bradford & Tebow in 2010).

For the 3rd straight year, the SEC led all conferences with 10 1st-round picks. This is the 9th time a single conference has had at least 10 selections in the 1st round, and the 8th by the SEC. Of the 10, 7 were from Alabama and Georgia, who played in National Championship Game.
