I’m sure that I have posted that my record watching the Cardinals live is like 3-30. I have never seen a home game, and many of those losses were in the 80’s & 90’s to the Redskins during their glory days. I’ve also seen multiple losses to the Ravens in Baltimore. My oldest son Justin has seen a ton of losses also. My youngest son Joe is 19 & has never seen the Cardinals win a game live. He’s a student at WVU & his girlfriend decided to buy him tickets for Sundays game in Detroit. She thought for sure that Joe would finally get to see his Cardinals win. But, oh NO. The poor kid is now 0-6 watching live. I was so bitter & upset at a 17-0 beat down at the half, that I turned football off & haven’t watched a play since. At least I’m catching up on Netflix shows I had been meaning to watch.

Sounds like y'all need to just stop going to the games lol. I get frustrated also after a loss, can't watch Sportscenter or the NFL network for days. When I think both channels are on to the next game talk then I tune back in. I try to find a good movie after a loss also.

Been to three games in AZ and my record is 2-1 with the loss coming during the Wilks train wreck. The wins were Seattle and Giants.

I actually liked the Rams when the Cardinals were in the NFC East. I was a huge Roman Gabriel fan way back when.

A distant cousin of mine married a latino.. They named their son Roman Gabriel Sánchez.

Do not under any circumstances let him go to any more games

Hoo boy, we don't have a great record with me in attendance. We lost against Denver in AZ way back in the day, then against the Pats in the Tillman recognition game (i got to help hold the flag up on the field, though). Then, in 2 games at the old Vet in Philly, we split--we won when I was in the lower sections and lost when I was up in the nose bleeds. Then we lost to the backups in Pittsburgh. So, 1-4 for me :(

33 years of fandom. Im 1-0, baby! WE beat the Steelers at SDS in like 1991 or something.

I was at that game.. Don't remember what or who but I think the winning play was in south end zone. Was probably, you, me, 50 ASFN members and 20,000k
Steelers fans in attendance.. . lol

Good times!

Oh jeez...sounds familiar.

My son is 25 and as a kid, I highly discouraged him from being a Cardinals fan due to the ineptitude. His friend liked the Bears, so he liked the Bears for most of his life. Early 20's he decided to go back to his roots and start rooting for the Cardinals. We went to our first game together last year in Charlotte - Panthers crushed us. I suppose that was a necessary step in Cardinal fandom.

I don't remember all the games I have attended but like many, they didn't end well. Here are the last ones I can remember:
2020 at Panthers - Loss
2009 Super Bowl vs Pittsburgh - Loss
2008 at Washington - Loss
1998 playoffs at Minnesota - Loss
1998 playoffs at Dallas - win

I’ve only seen them once, in Buffalo. We lost 38-14 and it was the ONLY GAME that Fitz had ZERO receptions.

You never went to any Redskin games over the years? My problem is the Cardinals haven’t beaten Washington or Baltimore on the road since the Plummer years. And prior to Plummer, you had to go back to Hart & beyond (Charley Johnson) for a road win against Washington. Pretty sure that Lomax never beat Washington on the road.

I tried that with cardsfanmd in the early days & he eventually became a Cardinal fan anyways. He was a Niners fan when Young was there for a bit & a Dolphins fan with Marino. I bought him a really nice Dolphins jacket too. My youngest son’s 1st year watching football was 2008, so you just knew he was stricken early.

I remember that game. As usual in Buffalo, the winds were brutal. Which contributed mightily to Fitz not catching a pass. I seem to remember being in Syracuse that weekend watching that game.

yup. Scott Player had a 23 yard punt. Wind was ridiculous. It was raining sideways. Had awesome seats about 15 rows back behind Cards bench though.

You must now attend every single home and road game, including preseason. I assume the team will pay you or something.
