You can't be this far under the cap
What Cap?
How much has the team actually spent in salary. Cap does not equal what a team is spending? Honest question do you know how much the team actually spent on player salaries or are you still using the cap incorrectly?
I myself do not know how much we have spent in actually player salary, haven't kept track. It could be lower then this fake cap non-actual money spent number people keep incorrectly throwing around or it could be more. I have seen a team with a cap number of 120 mill but only actually spent 80 mill in real player salary. To say otherwise is just rhetoric not based on any actual fact, and until I know this real salary number I cannot agree or disagree with your statement.
I have seen teams with a cap value of 90 mill but actually spent 130 mill in actual player salary. That is how bad of an idea it is to compare the cap with actual money spent on player salaries.
I do know this to be a fact though. Cards have spent money, they have spent more then approximately 20 more teams since Wiz got here, they have spend more then 25 other teams on staff. Argue all you want on what they spent their money on and I would add a big list to debate - Grimm, Al Johnson, should of re-sign Dansby not Wilson, and the list goes on.
