As we saw for much of the summer, LaVar Ball’s JBA league struggled with attendance and its brand of basketball as a whole. Both LaVar and his associate, Alan Foster, were admittedly hoping for a better turnout, but when it came to the product on the court, LaVar particularly expected more from “the face” of the JBA league — LaMelo Ball. The latest episode of Ball in the Family highlighted the struggles of LaVar’s pro basketball league with much of the focus on LaMelo. During an early JBA game, LaMelo was hit with a technical after repeatedly refusing to tuck in his shirt.
