Very good movie. Not sure it would be my Best Picture pick, but certainly good enough to be nominated. Rush was very good, but come on, Colin Firth was amazing. The only other performance I would rank it up with is Christian Bale in The Fighter.

I love movies like this--the premise just doesn't seem all that interesting, but then the movie just blows you away. I got the same feeling with Quiz Show and The Social Network as well.

I recently watched it. I agree chaplin, both performances were amazing. This was much better than I was expecting too, mostly because of the performances.

I liked this quite a bit. And not just for the acting, which was excellent. This movie had some great sets, including Louge's place. Great attention was paid to detail. And the story was interesting as well. Supposedly there was a lot of effort to keep the movie as historically accurate as possible.

This is one of those rare movies that I still find myself thinking about fairly often. Not too many stick with me that way.

I thought it was interesting. I like Colin Firth and I thought he did a great job.

Agreed. This one has stuck with me as well. Specially, Colin Firth's performance.
