I am too but not because I love the show or anything. I keep feeling like there is going to be this revelation that sort of defines the mythos of this show.

Just like in Lost. :sarcasm:

What about an internet cafe? I hear that's all the rage with the kids these days. It could be a half purgatory half matrix type thing.

haha... pretty much funny you mention the internet cafe here. someone pitched a scene in one of those on my show yesterday in the room and everyone just kinda chuckled and wondered if our perp drove Doc Brown's time machine to get there.

i'm still watching for some reason. last episode had some stuff happen. interested to see where it goes from here.

I'm in the same boat. It probably helps that there is hardly anything else on right now to compete for my viewing time.

It doesn't really depress me as much as it frustrates me that I still have no clue where they are going with this thing.

on a Damon Lindlelof show? I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

Speaking of Damon Lindlelof....he is penning a LOST themed episode of Phineas and Ferb. Terry O'Quinn will be lending his voice. I thought the recent Star Wars episode of Phineas and Ferb was great. My kids love that show.

I watch the leftovers everyday, they try and spange off me at all the freeway entrances. It is depressing.

As good as the last episode was, this night's was a huge step back. Ugh.

Agreed. That was an entire episode of: Look... Here's all the things you pretty much already knew but we're going to spell them out for you anyway!

Basically felt like they ran out of season 1 story and tonight was their attempt to run out the clock until the finale.

I'm more upset they didn't show more skin of the lady who's car was struck by the crazy deer before she disappeared.

I like the show, but they should re-title it: The Blue Balls. I feel like it keeps building to something only to lead to frustration.

Just treading water. It's like they were told they were one episode short and had to fill one in on the fly.

"Um, we need ten episodes this season, not nine."

"Oh, snap! Quick, go with a flashback episode."

Agreed. Last episode was completely worthless. The only thing I learned that had not already been hinted at or broadly painted was that Laurie was preggers... and to be honest, I think I found her character more compelling when her reasons for joining the remnant were ambiguous.

I'm pretty bullish on this show but wasting an hour on stuff that could have been plugged into a 5 minute pre-title card sequence was a real let down.

Oh wow. Just caught up to the last few episodes. Why didn't they just list the last episode as a recap of the entire season? You know those episodes that some shows do right before the next season opener?

Well the writers should rest assured there is no need after the last episode. Depressing and redundant. What a tag line for next season.

I'm pretty sure the finale is Sunday. At which time, your point will probably stand. ;)

I guess your are right that something could be revealed or some major event occur to change the show. However, I doubt it. More than likely your are going to get this little morsel that creates 10 new questions.

Great finale. Just great. I'm going to have to never listen to any of you that hate on this show again. Phenomenal show.

Ho... lee... smokes.

That was one of the best hours of television I have watched. I'm all in on this show. That was incredible.

Not there yet. Trying to catchup on other shows. I guess reading the above the last episode is encouraging but I doubt it makes up for the entire season for me. We shall see.

I just binged the entire show over two weeks. It was incredible in my opinion.

I thought I’d be incredibly upset with the unanswered questions, but I wasn’t. I was completely satisfied with the ending.

Loved the book but couldn’t get in to this series. I’ll give it a shot again, as I’m in search of a new show after wrapping up the first season of True Detective.

push through season 1. It’s a tough slog and there’s a beginning of one episode that will probably make you want to throw in the towel again. But if you can push passed that moment and gut out another couple episodes, Seasons 2 and 3 are some of the best TV I’ve ever seen.
