I was actually created a few months after the Cardinals won their last Championship in Chicago in 1947. My parents were living in Chicago and my Dad was a huge football fan. My mother was not supposed to be able to have any more children according to doctors, but I guess Chicago producing a champion created some kind of over-charged electrical jolt to my father's procreation apparatus.

Thus my life is tied forever to the Cardinals. The next championship they win will mark the end of this life, or maybe I should say that the end of my life will spark the next championship win for the Cards. I can't be selfish enough to hope either is put it off any longer. I am ready for my end, as well as the end of our Cardinals' drought. Bring it on, life has been good!

I'm conflicted. I don't want you to die, but I do want the Cards to win the SB.

Thx, but not to worry. I have lived long enough. Cards fans need a championship more than I need a few more years.

I find your general lack of concern for your own demise disturbing and irritating.

True. The score is something like Death: 12,000,000,000 Humanity: 0. Hang in there.
