Yeah, Monkey Shines was a movie based on a British horror novel from the 70's, IIRC. This is from an old Stephen King short story/novella.

Yeah...I read most of king. The Bachman books and all that..I remember an old horror movie about a safari guy that brings home an evil drumming monkey doll...confused that with monkey shines...
Either way..killer monkeys are cool. Toys or otherwise
