I wonder how these new hats smell after you wear them in the rain. I've always noticed that my wool hats kind of a have a musk after they've gotten wet that doesn't go away immediately.

Yeah that was one of my big knocks on the wool hats. Once you sweat in them and get them wet they tend to smell and it doesn't really go away. Also, sometimes you start to get sweat stains on the outsides of them and I guess you won't get that with the new ones.

I am a fan of the franchise caps. I like the old school look and feel to them. I hate high crown hats (59 Fifty) and look like a ****** when I wear them.
