moving back 7 spots is a 190 point difference which is equal to the 80th pick in the draft. Cards get the 91st pick which is worth 136 points.

So based on the old trade value chart it appears we got jobbed. Thing is it's a deep draft and that 3rd rd pick is worth it to me.

I love Verrett, but with the addition of Cro, I don't know where he plays (I know Cro is only on a one year).

Clinton-Dix scares me. Nick sabans guys don't always translate to the NFL (See Rashad Johnson, who was the captain of that Alabama Defense).

Verrett - Nickel inside.

Please not Nix III either. He's going to struggle with weight his entire career I think, plus he's more like a NT.

Damn... there goes Ha Ha.

If we take Carr at 27 we're going to rue this day for years.

Thanks for the input.

I guess we will have to see what Keim does with that pick. Hopefully it's worth it

Yes and yes, but Verrette doesn't have to start. I am with you on Dix.

Remember, GMs and front office types have been saying the chart's been out the window for some years now. In a shallow draft, you need to get higher than the value chart dictates. In a deeper draft, reverse it. It's a very deep draft and there are still a ton of talented guys still on the board.

I still want a QB.. I might be in the minority but like Bridgewater and Carr. It would be nice to groom Palmer replacement soon
