I like the player but hate the fit. He has worse bend than Rousseau and wouldn't be able to drop into coverage which would make our defense even more predictable. If we ran a 4-3, I would like him a lot more.
Wait, you think Paye has bad bend? Might not be freakish, but it’s damn good. He might not be there in coverage, but he plays good in space. He also has the athleticism to play 3-4 & our run defense would get a big boost with him.

I will laugh of we go

Jaycee Horn
Joseph Ossai
Kenneth Gailwell

I like all three guys but replacing pieces you let go does not build your roster, it just makes it younger.

The best move I see from him is the club rip. Seems to create a lane and he can explode to the QB. He is a freaky athlete but I don't see it in a 3-4. He has shorter arms and doesn't have the long arm that many rushers use. He reminds me of Everson Griffin.

Michigan didn’t do Paye any favors by rarely having him rush from out wide. Dumb scheme.

That could be and he is young so who really knows how much he will develop. To me, I just feel he is a very linear player who creates those straight lines with power. That isnt is something I try to stay away from with EDGE 3/4 players. Now, if you feel like he can be an Aaron Donald interior player (because that is EXACTLY how Donald wins) I am willing to listen...

I get your point, but if you’re letting their predecessors go they have to be replaced somewhere. And you could argue that the idea is to not just replace, but upgrade, the positions (remains to be seen if keim can do that - obviously I’m not a fan), which helps improve, if not “build,” the roster.

I keep hearing that Caleb Farley will drop because of his limited tape. I don't necessarily believe it because I have also heard concerns about Surtain. Overall, my take is that I should not be shocked if CBs go a little later than I originally thought they would.

If someone is willing to give us a fair compensation (a 3th and 4th)in order to move up at 16, is welcome
We need a further early/middle round picks
I want us to take best lineman in the 20 range
In the second Terrance Marshall and in the third cb and Meinerz

I’d be ecstatic if that was the case

Fairly looks like a star to me. Sure his tape is limited, but he has legit ball skills.

Surtain worries me more.

I also like Newsome's style. Big time hits.

Ehlinger would be a later round possible Murray back up.

Rondale Moore and Amon-Ra add speed to the receiver room.

I love trading down and adding picks!

Lol I do too, but the probability of tripling our number of picks has to be absurdly remote.

this might set a record though

I keep seeing Creed Humphry going 60-80. I think it's nuts.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he went in round 1.

The last 3 drafts the first C off the board were 24, 18 and 20.

I think Creed is better than them all.

Yeah I think rankings of these sites are super suspect.
