This isn't McGinnis's fault. He's a great guy. But if this keeps up, I predict he's gone by week 7.

Too bad. He did his best. But someone's gonna take the fall.

I guess I'm in at week 6 as I figured that's when the players will quit on him. He deserved a better fate.

But Bidwill never fires his coaches unless one of the assitants takes the job. maybe he'll let Mean Joe take charge?

With Bidwill being a "football genius" and all, I bet he does the right thing and hires Larry Marmie to become the head coach!

Way to go Bidwill! You not only know how to run a NFL franchise, but quite frankly...your the BEST in the Biz! :D

Yeah Marmie will be gone too. The whole staff might be in jeopardy. But Sullivan seems like someone to hang onto.

Because they are just sooooo itching to come here. Especially for the amount of money Bidwill throws at coaches.

I didn't say it would help. I'm just predicting it'll happen.

I'm in your corner, I don't think it'll help one bit. But if we're like 0-10 there's no way McGinnis won't get fired.

Frankly, his best sucked. Look at the team's record during his tenure. Better yet, look at the way the team has flubbed it.

I hate to say that he has been given all the tools to work with when his GM won't spend even close to the cap limit to give him talent.

I agree, Red. McGinnis is a great leader but a bad on-field coach.

All i meant was, I like his attitude and spirit, and I think a good guy like him deserved better.

He can't manage the 30 second clock, he blows timeouts like crazy, and his players make a lot of mistakes. He's definitely not the greatest coach alive, that's for sure. But he was a dedicated, friendly man and it's too bad things turned into crapola here.

It's only because he's a dedicated friendly man that he any support, it certainly isn't because of his talents as a head coach.

Can't argue with that. Personality goes a long way.

His choice of assistants is terrible. I think that will end up sinking him.

Well, you won't get an argument from me. Hell, I said that last season. Just feel bad for him as a person. That's all.

He's not doing his job. But who in this organization is doing their job right now?

I don't know why but I'm still watching this game and I take back what I said earlier that they'd quit on the season in game six. They've quit today. Next weeks game against GB will be worse then today's. The announcers don't even know what to say any more. Too bad it's not high school we could have running clock. There isn't a guy out there in a white jersey making any type of effort right now.
