Mmbop was their only hit song and it was kind of girly! I mean if you are after junior high girls it was okay, but other than that it sux!!!

I think that they have a support group for recovering Hanson fans...

Those most vocally against Hanson usually haven't ever heard a song of theirs other than MMMBop.

I'd be happy to send you a copy of their latest album, if you wouldn't mind taking an open listen.

MMMBOP was released in 1997 - that was 8 years ago.

So what if it was their biggest commercial hit? Hanson is obviously still around - with their own record label and 2 independent albums from that.

It's ignorant to stereotype Hanson by that one song. They've grown and evolved to talented musicians. They write their own songs, play their own instruments, and now, produce/manage their CD's.

Would you like me to send you a copy of their latest CD - free of charge - so you can get a better, more educated opinion on a band that's been severely underrated it's entire career?

You dont have to like the music - but I would hope after listening to it, you'd respect them as musicians and see that they are not just "MMMbop."

Hanson is not a one hit wonder.

I wouldnt necessarily say that I am a fan of Hanson's music, however, I'll always give them credit for writing their lyrics and playing their own instruments (which obviously is extremely rare for bands that consist of teenagers) and I was impressed of how they evolved on "Underneath"..... At least they didnt compromise their sound because of how popular "Mmmbop" was and become "caricatures" of themselves like so many bands (IE Sugar Ray and Nickelback) have.....

I despise when someone "calls-out" another person on their taste....We're all entitled to enjoy listening to whoever we so desire regardless....

I am just giving 32 a hard time. I actually could care less about Hanson but think that it is funny when an adult loves something so strongly about their childhood or something.

I am the same way about Airwolf. I loved that show...

They all bite their nails
All three have dimples
They don't like it when girls scream when they meet them
-They wouldn't ride bikes in the MMMBop video or pose for a photot shoot with teddy bears because they didn't want to look young
