For one thing he's done wonders with his unit and most of them are signed thru next year.

If there is one guy on the current staff that I'd hate to see leave the Cardinals, it is Buckner. His unit is THE one which has overachieved during his tenure.

I'm sure MB will give the new coach the same discretion he gave BA...Hey, we have some good assistants under contract already, but it's your choice on who to keep or let go.
