Phil Jackson was given money and certain perks to be Laker coach. One "perk" was dating owner Jerry Buss' daughter, who was a former Playboy pictoral model! Just conjecture, but maybe coach K felt slighted at not being offered at LEAST the same perks as his predecessor!
