The Ring Two

The Ring Two has Naomi Watts returning as reporter Rachel Keller. After the events that transpired in the first film – enough to freak out any mild-mannered reporter – Keller and her son, Aidan, move to Astoria, Oregon. It's while reporting on the suspicious death of a local that a piece of evidence from the scene is brought to Keller's attention: a videotape. And she realizes that the dreaded Samara is intent to continue taking lives.

Along for the ride this time around is Simon Baker, Elizabeth Perkins and Sissy Spacek.

The Ring Two is being directed by the same man who wrote and directed the first ring sequel and I hear he speaks no Engligh so if nothing else the movie should be very interesting. The trailer looks creepy but I ive heard that they are going to attempt to make it more horror then suspense like the first remake which is disappointing because thats one of the things I liked really about the remake of The Ring.

They will also be focusing more on the boy then they woman in this one, ive heard. The kid is creepy as hell and a pretty good actor so ill be interested in seeing what they do with his character.

Bottom line, it probably won't be as good as the The Ring but few sequels are.

Is anyone else stoked about his movie. It looks as good as the first. Hopefully this one will answer some of the questions left in the first one.

No Plot and Dull

Ok, not great. The girl wasn't nearly as scary this time. Plot was weak as h*ll. Didn't have anything to due with the tape anymore.

I just watched it. I loved the first one, but this one sort of sucked. It was mostly about the boy and he really sucked. It got a little freaky near the end, but it was far too late.

However, being from Oregon, it was very cool to see Astoria again. Unfortunately the Goonies weren’t there to bail out the movie.
