Out of that list I would Deshaun Foster or Warrick Dunn. I would sign them to a 1 year contract. I much rather take my chances drafting a back.

This is such a crappy RB draft class... But no, as sad as it might be, I actually think Donald Brown might be a better NFL back...
He may end up being the best of this class. But do we want to use our number one pick on him is the issue as he won't be there when we pick at #63 in round two.

Not to be obnoxious but DUUUUHHHHH!!!!!!

Drafting a back will take care of ONE back.

You need at least 3 backs in the NFL......right now we got 1.

Well DUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I was simply responding to a question about Moreno... Ummm... yea. We need more RB's. No arguement there dude... ;)

I say sign Dunn, Rudi Johnson, or Kevin Jones to an 1 year contract (or maybe 2 of these) and then draft one next year. You could start 1 to go with Hightower (preferably Dunn). If you could get 2 for a reasonable amount, I say do this and draft one in a higher round next year. We need to REALLY draft defense this year in the higher rounds, especially linebackers....

Either Knowshon moreno or Beanie Wells or LeSean McCoy will be available for our first pick.

The quality of running backs falls off after these three yet TSN's Draft Guide rates this class a B which isn't too shabby.

Any of these 3 will improve our running game so look out.

Nobody says you can't draft two :D. I'm in favor of drafting Moreno and Devin Moore, with Moore taking over ST duties and be 3rd down back.

I like the idea of Dunn.. then cross the fingers for Wells or Moreno to fall to us..

If not, take an RB in the middle of the draft

Warner is back so we will be running about 30% of the time and most of that will be out of shotgun. Let's just take some scrub backs and get a real one next year.

Turning over rocks over here:

Jessie Chatman <--- He looks OK to tell you the truth. And we could bring him into camp with a no risk contract.

Chris Perry

DeShaun Foster

I dont think that will be the case this year. We will follow the same pattern that we used from Seattle through the Super Bowl. A 5 game stretch where our pass to run ratio was 55 to 45.
