In 2008, my wife and I vacationed in Coer 'D Elane. We discovered how involved Jake was in handball while we were there. He lived north of there in Sand Point, but played in a league at Coer 'D Elane weekly. His family was legendary in that area for their success in the game.

Jake Plummer got the Cards to the playoffs for the first time since 1975. So he's one of the greatest Cardinal QBs of all time. I can't understand why Cardinal fans don't like him.

Knocking the cowboys out of the playoffs on their home field is reason enough for me alone to like the guy. Glad he's living a good life. Its kind of sad that he only gets welcomed back to this town as a Sun Devil but I'm beyond worrying about it anymore. Whatever.
