Interesting site on the Warrior's Brian Cardinal. He reminds me of a smaller Little Jake with more skills. He scored 32 aganst the Suns and is a FA.

That's cool. I watched that game he lit us up. I was thinking that was what Zarko is supposed to evolve into. He would be cool as a forward. No way he plays center. However, a lot of teams are playing three forward lineups. :)

I think it's funny that this thread compares Cardinal to Voskuhl, whereas an earlier one compared Cardinal to Jacobsen.

Something about white guys, right Joe Mama? ;)

I like him as a back-up 3 or 4. He did play a little D on 5's, but he is really too small for that over time. I think he would be a great hustle role model for Amare. He sounds a little similar to Vroman in some ways. Cardinal would become a huge fan favorite by the end of November. He is called the Custodian because he cleans up the floor with his body DURING PRACTICE!

If I had to choose one player from Little Jake, Custodian, and CJ, I would pick Cardinal! The decision is not really difficult in my opinion. $304M and he could have a great impact on Amare, JJ, and Barbosa.

In Cardina;'s fist 4 starts last year (and his career), he averaged 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists, while shooting 63%! For the year, 47% from the floor, 88% from the line, and 41% from 3 point land. Plus, he gets to the line frequently. And he would come cheap.

The Suns could do a lot worse. He reminds me of a more physical Voskuhl and he can shoot.

He would lead the team in charges taken and floor burns. He is the type of "white collar" player we need. The bonus is he actually has some skills. Plus, he is a hungry custodian!

You do understand that he's a 6' 8" forward, right? Comparing him to Voskuhl isn't very meaningful, since Voskuhl is a center.

Actually, it is their similarity in hair-doo that has people confusing them.
