Although the CB group is pretty deep it could have been a lot deeper with this guy in the draft, to bad he isnt coming out.

Williams Announces Decision on NFL
All-ACC defensive back decides to return for senior season
January 12, 2005

BLACKSBURG - Virginia Tech cornerback Jimmy Williams announced Wednesday that he will return for his senior season, bypassing the 2005 NFL Draft. The first-team All-ACC defensive back and Thorpe Award semifinalist led the Hokies and the ACC with five interceptions this past season and was tied for third on the team with 60 tackles.

"The main reason for this decision is I didn't want to abandon a young team," Williams said. "I feel like this team needs me and we can do special things next season. I also want to be as prepared as I can for the next level so I can take care of my family like I want to. It's not that I don't feel I could succeed at the next level now, but one more year of college ball is exactly what I need to prepare me for the NFL. We're going to have a young secondary next year that is going to need leadership and I want to be the guy to lead them."

Williams, a junior from Hampton, Va., led the ACC with 19 passes defended, picking up five interceptions and 14 break ups. He also had 5.5 tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry.

Also from and Auburn web site top rated Marcus McNeil is said to have announced he will not be coming out as well.

Too bad. Would have been another steal in the second round.

Ball State WR Ridgeway declares for NFL draft

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

http://msn.foxsports.com/story/3322024

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) - Ball State wide receiver Dante Ridgeway will pass up his final year of eligibility and enter the NFL draft after leading the nation in receiving as a junior.

The 6-foot-1, 199-pound Ridgeway caught a Mid-American Conference record 105 passes for 1,399 yards. He was a second-team All-American and finalist for the Fred Biletnikoff Award, which goes to the nation's top wideout.

He led the nation in receiving yards per game (127.18) and receptions per game (9.55) and was second in total receiving yards.

"Dante Ridgeway and his mother made the decision they believe was best for Dante and his family," Ball State coach Brady Hoke said in a statement Thursday. "We hate to see Dante leave the Ball State football family, but we respect the decision he has made."

Ridgeway finished his career with 238 catches for 3,030 yards and 22 touchdowns.

Underclassmen have until Saturday to declare for the draft and until Wednesday to withdraw their names.
