It's funny how much his vision has changed. Not sure if that is because of the studio or because he realized what a cluster the DC verse is. When he came out of the shoot, he said he was going to merge all the properties and didn't want a bunch of the same character running around.

Yet, Joker, Batman still came out and now he is talking about "elsewhere" stories (multiverse). Even on Peacemaker he said he is going to have to make some course correction with the Justice League.

It sure sounds like despite how good or bad his new movies are DC is going to be a complete mess.

Interesting because my thoughts never went there. However, I have been thinking from the get to....too little...too late.

Okay so Creature Commandos is just rehashed crap but also I like the rehashed crap the first time so I kind of like it now. The dialogue / situations are super trite. The princess being a hot sex starved supportive woman was super trite. I literally assume she is some horrific evil thing because that's also super trite.

I did love Gunn going deep dick into the hard right nazi lovers in episode 3. That's a highlight of the show so far.

Ultimately though t's Guardians of the Monster Galaxy. Literally the same characters but monsters and the one human leader trying to corral them.

Flagg = Starlord. Right down to the horniness.

Bride = Gamorra. The bad ass female

Dr Dude on Fire = Rocket. Humor based character who is also a bad ass and good at science. When they get to his background I will assume it is very tragic. Don't know his name. The fight with him and Flagg was so stupid and made worse by how he fights the big villian. This is the trite I speak of

GI Robot = Drax. A character obsessed with killing his very specific foes and is hyper literal.

Weasal - Groot. A non talking comedy non human who is really violent when it is appropriate.

Water Lady - I don't even know this characters name after 3 episodes. She is Mantis. Supposed to be the moral compass of the group and gets along really well with Drax. Very empathic and demure.

It's watchable, but you have already watched it.
