Things have changed for Kickers

Lots of experienced kickers and their big salaries are getting cut around the NFL. When you think about it...it makes sense to find a young guy making the minimum to make room for more important players...that is until you miss a game winning FG.

Lots of experienced kickers and their big salaries are getting cut around the NFL. When you think about it...it makes sense to find a young guy making the minimum to make room for more important players...that is until you miss a game winning FG.

A lot of high salaried vets are getting cut at every position. But not many kickers are really well paid, so that doesn't seem like the place where teams could get good salary reductions.
