Totally agree... but it will be BY FAR the toughest, roughest, most physical, most hostile environment the Suns will have had to endure in a very, very long time... The Lakers are nw PISSED OFF! Phil is PISSED OFF. Kobe & gang are steaming! The crowd will be beyond intense and of course, the Lakers will have the refs on their side... If the Suns are able to even keep the game close in the 4th quarter, I will be amazed... but if they can do that, anything is possible. I just hope the overall intensity of it all doesn't cave in around them, and come the 4th quarter they're down by 15 or more...

Fortunately, most players play worse when angry, not better. The Suns keep their cool. That is hallmark of this team. Determination is good, anger is a negative.

I agree totally. The LA crowd will be obscene on Thursday night. I think Coach Gentry should confront this head on with his younger players during pre-game--tell them to just weather the storm--that chopping off the head of the snake is always a daunting task--especially in the snake's den.

But the fact of the matter is that it is done all the time. Heck--they did it to the Spurs in round two, so they know what it feels like to accomplish that.

It is a fact that on Thursday night--things will not go well for a while. The refs will swallow their whistles when the Lakers foul the Suns. And they will find them when the Suns foul the Lakers. They will face adversity.

All they need to do is to weather the storm--not to get down when things start to go wrong or the Lakers begin to build a lead--to remember what they have already accomplished in this post-season in great road wins--and that they can do this again on Thursday.

Come one guys--do it for the Suns fans who have supported you for years. And in the meantime, do it for the rest of us as well--for all NBA fans--who share many things in common with you. Do it for Dallas fans, Spurs fans, fans from all over the NBA--fans who know what it feels like to have that pretentious ugly LA crowd and their smug has-been actors like Jack Nicholson sit in the first row and hurl their ugly arrogant taunts to visiting teams.

Do it for your fans who have been there for you for years--and for all NBA fans who are supporting you in your quest for your first NBA Title.

Why would you do that? Why?!

Do you know how dangerous that is? If you absolutely MUST do it then remember next time be sure to wear a protective logic helmet, but remember its protection of reasoning and critical thinking can only wither so much abuse so you would get maybe 5-10 minutes tops before insanity sets in.
