CINCINNATI — In a span of three starts, Matt Harvey has lowered his ERA by a full run and led the Reds to three wins. The reclamation project the Mets gave up on lasted 5 2/3 scoreless innings Sunday against the Brewers, being forced out by a rain delay before an 8-2 Cincinnati victory. Harvey had a perfect game going, retiring the first 12 batters before Travis Shaw outflanked a defensive shift with an opposite-field single to left leading off the fifth. Harvey struck out six and walked none, lowering his ERA to 4.91. It was 5.92 after a June 15 start, but 18 1/3 innings of three-run ball have Harvey rolling.
