It seemed like every commentator/analyst had us pegged for a 4th place finish in the Nfc West with 6 wins after preseason.

The one exception was Albert Breer of SI who called us a team that could surprise.

i think a lot of us had the club around .500 at the end of the year with small hopes of somehow getting a wild card - it would keep us on pace as far as the rebuild goes but winning 4 in a row kinda changes everything

it appears some of the temporary studs monti got on the cheap are doing much more than holding the roof up during the rebuild - also appears monti is pretty daft when it comes to the draft - good thing he likes collecting picks because we might not be drafting top 10 for a while again

im not so worried about our record this year - i just want to go undefeated in our division

I watched every morning show this morning. We dismantle a team, with Rodgers, Adams, Gardner, Hall, Wilson, Reddick, etc and get barely a mention. The same old same old we're used to. But that's cool though. We never needed affirmation from anyone outside of our circle. I'm just saying a little praise tossed our way would have been nice.

You know what??

It is so much more fun to have them all ignore us...then turn on GMFB and watch Kyle Brandt go off just stuffing all their faces in it.
Much better than getting accolades from a bunch of poser talking heads trying to act like they knew it all along.
