There were some nice throws to John Brown - great catches too. Jaron Brown dropped a sure TD. Ellington dropped at least one sure catch. Floyd had a nice catch negated by a Housler hold.

It's not all on the QB.

It was an odd game. If we keep winning - we won't have to go back up to Seattle this year.

Per Football Outsiders, Stanton went 2-for-8 for 4 yards and 2 sacks on third down on Sunday. 0.5 yards per attempt.

Screw stats.

Stanton and the Cards just went up against the 2 best defenses in the league and came out of it 1-1.

My god, there ain't too many of us here that predicted a win in Seattle when the season started. They are a pretty darn good team.

Yes it would have been great to add to this storybook season with a win last Sunday. Remember, we wouldn't be 9-2 WITHOUT Stanton. He did help us win 3 games and the 2 losses came in hostile territory against 2 of the best teams in the league.

A little bit of a running game would help a bit too.

Stanton is terrible.

He can make a long homerun pass every once in a while but he is utter garbage when it comes just moving the chains.
