I'm pulling for him and there's no reason to think he still can't succeed.
Go Timmy go.

Shortly after the picture was snapped, Grossman's hand slipped from Hightower's.

Wishing THT all the best. Love it when a departing player takes a lot of positive vibes with him. Means the fans recognize his effort.

The thing I always appreciated about THT was if he touched the ball, and he hung onto it, he was going to get you positive yards. He was a perfect short-yardage and goaline RB for us.

Missed that last night.

He is a great RB, i have always been saying that ZBS was by far the best fir for his skills. Redskins were obviously looking for the skills in their scheme and specifically targeted THT. Smart move! He is going to have a great year IMO

Sure missed him at the goal-line last night. Hopefully, RW can have the immediate success scoring TDs that THT did.

I'm just not convinced of Wells vision. If I can see the hole on the left side for him to score through on 3d and goal why can't he?

Of all the rookies this year, i like that pick the most i guess. Like THT, he also fits best in a ZBS. He is one cut runner with flat out amazing vision, i love the way he plants his feet before exploding in another direction. And that burst to hit the hole. But he is going to be good in PBS as well for us, i have high hopes for him. He is much better RB and football player than Wells, even right now and the difference will be much greater later on, IMO.

Just watching the Redskins - Steelers game. THT is running with authority and it's getting already clear now how much this style fits him more. He just sidelined Ryan Clark with a big hit. For some reason, Rex Grossman looks great, never thought i would say that. It must be only preseason, he can't be this good in regular season.

Ryan Kerrigan plays lights out, he is the smartest defender on the field for the Redskins so far.

The Cards tried to run ZBS but our linemen thought it stood for ZERO Blocking Scheme.

Another positive for THT is that he went to school only an hour + south of DC.

Wow

I never realized that, He has some fan support, adds some to the mix.
He looked good in a balanced game plan.

never seen him in one before? Edge always started when we actually won in 08.

Wonder what The Bean would do in a smash mouth offense?

I'll watch Washington for a change - when Grossman and THT are bothon, they will be hard to stop; but when the picks and fumbles start (and they come in bunches for both of these guys)...ugh...
