Geez....that's three hours of my life I won't get back. What a terrible game between two horrible teams. Didn't look like either team wanted to win.

Sunday's game is certainly not a must win from a standpoint of worrying about the 49ers--they are not a good team and don't pose a threat to the division title.

However, I think Sunday's game is close to a must win in getting the monkey off our back at home. They need to come out and take charge and control the game and not let up.

That's my point. There is more added pressure to man up and beat the Hags at home on Sunday. No sense in giving both Seattle and SF false hope for the rest of the season. We dont want them trying hard and winning games they have no business winning.

Didn't watch it... sounds like an exciting game ;)

Too bad Bears lost... but good news is 49ers are awful.

Cutler threw two bad picks but talk about no talent on offense. Double cover Olsen and the Bears are helpless. Hester's a complete joke and Ron Turner is a terrible OC. Cutler's got the whole offense on his shoulders and most QB's don't do well under those conditions. Absolutely no running game and poor pass blocking on top of everything else. Cutler and his receivers have absolutely no chemistry right now and neither are on the same page.

When he tried to anticipate the route, the WR's fell down or didn't come back to the ball and when he tried to wait on them they couldn't get open.

He may very well be Jeff George V.2 but he's in a horrible situation right now.

Wow, those teams are truly bad. Like Aikman said on Sunday, I thought high school football was played on Fridays.

Hey, Frisco, you managed to score four more points on the Bears than the Browns did.

Congrats.

I would have to agree with your assessment, but Cutler is such an arrogant punk. I watched his postgame interview & came away hating the guy. I know he needs help in that offense, but I just don't want to see the guy succeed now. What a head case!!!! He definitely has Jeff George written all over him.

Highlight of the game was when Millen said about Marinielli (sp?) that he was the best motivator he had been around. Weren't they the two heading the Lions' 0-16 season last year?

Even worse, Millen says "I look at our 27 man roster on defense, and we have 10 defensive linemen! Guess who had a lot of say in personnel! HAHAHA!"

God, what a *******.

Aside from the fact that the play calling was miserable and the Bears have less than average players on O, is was a perfect example of a totally non disciplined team, no game mgt and to pin the tail on Cutler is NOT the whole problem....if ever a team needed a Mike Martz type to inject some life into the corpse this is it.....they have no vertical game.

I went to the 49ers-Bears game last night and I am so glad the tickets were free. I would have hated to waste my time and money on that game. Hard to believe that the 2 teams last night are not bottom dwellers. I may have to go the Chiefs-Raiders game to get some enjoyment out of what I saw what I saw last night.

The Cards should rip up the 49ers next time. As pathetic as the Bears were....if they got the ball beyond Willis, Forte and Hester had some good running room in the secondary. They moved the ball OK on occasion and should have kicked field goals on 3rd down to get the ball out of Cutler's hands. I don't see them being able to contain Fitz, Boldin, Breaston or Hightower for 60 minutes....they should make some pretty big plays.

The 49ers offense was pathetic...they were just feeding the ball to Gore at the end. Even when they really needed some balance to move the ball and run out the clock. They really don't trust Smith at all.

Should be a simple game for the Cards...stop Gore and get the ball to the weapons beyond the line of scrimmage.
