Ticket holder update...Barkley Night

Received a call from my account executive yesterday, he told me not to worry about next year and we can renew when we are comfortable (renewal date was 3-26-04).....He's getting direction from his boss to call everyone and ask if they want to wait until after the summer signings/draft picks to renew...I said hell yes, and asked him about the status of keeping Amare...He said everything that he has heard around the office is that the colangelos will in no way trade or offer Amare this summer, and he is here to stay for the long run. That's what he said, but you never know.

The latest, I will keep everyone posted...


Also, the Suns org is pushing to sell out the Barkley induction night on 3/20..they are a few hundred tickets short. I've heard that the Suns are giving discounts on the remaining tickets if you call their box office...Everyone attend if you can...Barkley did a lot for this community and it was fun as hell in 92 & 93 having him on our team. Remember the night at Golden State, Unstoppable.

AmareFan, thank you for the updates.

I don't think you have to worry about the Suns trading Amare Stoudemire. I'm not sure there is a player in the NBA for whom they would be willing to give up Amare. While the Marbury trade surprised most of us a lot of that had to do with the timing.

Who was worried that they'd trade Amare?
