Reality is that our Arizona Cardinals are 1 game out of the NFC wildcard race and just 2 games out of 1st place in the NFC West. This game vs. Giants is truly huge. It's like a playoff game in itself. A Cardinal win and they are 4-5 and really in the thick of the NFC playoff race. Add in the bonus that Cardinals RB Emmitt Smith will most likely break the 18,000 yard mark (an NFL milestone that might never be reached again)in this game and we have a chance to have a very "special" Sunday coming up.
To assist this in happening the Cardinals need the 12th man advantage to be in full effect vs. Giants. Here's hoping of a nice (and very loud) 50,000+ crowd that will lead them to victory!

Lets Go Cardinals/ America!

50 Gs? No way in hell - people should be happy if they get 40,000 out there. If you beat the Giants than go on the road and crush the Panthers - maybe you'll get 55,000 against the Jets - but this town ain't gonna support this team until it really turns things around - it's just the way Phoenix is.

Oh sure. Seen this before. Come to the game, Robert, and help us win.

I show up, and the Cardinals blow it again.

Um, I'm not sure if you have been to a home game, but there will surely be more Giant's fans than Bird's fans. This game is always good for some fights. Leave the little ones at home.

I don't get it.
I think it was in Godfather 3. Try to get out, they drag me back in, sort of thing.

Wasn't it Michael?

This just isn't firing me up for Sunday. Maybe we should use another character?

Hadn't thought about that quote about Roth. Good one.

If this board is any example of the fan base , I'm afraid a cascade of boo's will start raining down on with McCown's first incomplete pass.

I agree this game is huge! Bring a friend or two, your kids, even your wife or girlfriend or both. We need to be loud enough to drown out the obnoxious N.Y. fans. Let's make this a play-off atmosphere.

DEEEFENSE!!!,
I think this is the first true "big game" for the Dennis Green Cardinals era. Should be fun to watch!

AZ Republic is saying only around 35,000 tickets have been sold but I think with the nice weather (and Cards playing better of late) a good walk-up crowd is possible.

Come on, the weather is not going to be a major factor. It will be nothing like that December game in 98. A game we led most of the way and lost late. And, the weather was not the reason. Tiki Barber was.

I don't know about there being more Giant fans than Card fans. There will be a few sections with mostly blue, but there will be more red sections than blue.

If those blue punks want to rumble, bring it on!!!! :hairraise :gun:
