All I can say is screw you.....

My family and I take the time to come up to training camp to you see. We wear you names on our backs, we take off work, we spend our money to support you and you crap the field every Sunday. I realize that one person doesn't make the team but I can't say that I haven't seen one player on this years squad turn in a full 60 minutes of effort.

I don't think you realize the constant heckling, hazing and humiliation Cardinals fans have gone through over the last half century to support this team. It's not even fashionable to be an Arizona Cardinals fan like it is to be a lovable loser fan like the Cubs or the 1917 - 2004 Red Sox fans.

We Cardinals fans are not hard to please, the 1998 Chargers game was like the Super Bowl to us, we went crazy for a playoff appearence. All we want is a little effort out there, a little passion, like we have for you. Do you realize people live and die by your performance every Sunday? Do you realize we invite you into our homes and our lives? Do you realize you get mentioned at family meals and bring fathers and sons, and families together?

The definition of crazy is repeating the same behavior and expecting a different outcome. I have been repeating my behavior of an Arizona Cardinals fan for almost 20 years and am expecting a different outcome everytime out...... I really must be crazy

BTW, there are at least 4 starters (that I've talked to) on the current team and 2 former players (who have roles in the team) who read this board with regularity.

I told abomb today that the worst dirty play of all time was Rolle's wicked facemask of Larry Johnson. He tried his ASS off and ended up getting a play that could have killed the guy but he was working for it as hard as he could. That play put us in FG range of tying the game up but for Rackers coming up...well, Rackers.

There was more heart in that dirty play than anything I have seen since the Bears game...I hate dirty play and all but at least he tried at that point. Nobody, including Rolle, is trying right now.

After the Bears game we could have either come out thinking we were who we thought we were...but we came out thinking we were who we always have been and have ROLLED OVER for teams in three straight games.

Thank God the Bye came along, because that was a game we couldn't find a way to lose. I'm a bit suprised we didn't find a bye-week loophole however...because if any team could lose to the Bye...it is this one.

Yes they do as do some of the folks in the front office

They better read this stuff...because people are NOT happy. And even though I know they aren't happy, we actually pay our money to watch the crap they are unhappy about.

The front office, coaches and players might need to wear paper bags to the game next week.

Hey, here's an idea...forget that Cardinal blowup logo they run out of and instead they run out of a paper bag. At least that way they'd feel like we do.

It's hard to get loud for a team that plays incredibly quiet on the field. And I'm the guy who gets loud every play....but for God's sake try both on the field and in the stadium. They are failing on all counts. The stadium problems are gross...and the play is even worse (amazing, but true). Give me something to cheer about!

Those who read this board...freaking make noise in the lockerroom, in the boardroom or wherever...you have incredible fans and you are doing your absolute best to push us away, as much as we fight off your attempts.

WIN next Sunday...I don't care how...just freaking WIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah by far we dont get the rooting for the underdog love, Like a Cubs, RedSox fans do. I say screw all you guys, gutless ass team, why do we even spend this much time, money and energy on this team!! They give nothing back and give us no reason to Keep cheering. I hope for retraction and we all get put out of our misery. I really dont understand, the Effort is not here, to ba a fan of the Cardinals makes you a bigjoke. Being a fan of the Cardinals is like being a fan of Aids, but atleast AIDS accomplishes what it is trying to do. We are Fans of something nobody likes and fans of something that never succeeds, I hate rooting for this team!!

As one of the biggest koolaid drinkers on here, I agree Ryan.

Entertainment just shouldn't be this depressing. I spend far far far too much money on this team, I sadly don't really have any other clothes than Cardinal apparel, my kids wear tons of Cardinals gear, even my wife has started buying Cards stuff.

I can't even add up the thousands of dollars I've dropped on this team, I've made my family sacrifice during hard times so we could continue to retain our season tickets.....and for what?

We deserve better.

The Bidwill's still smile all the way to the Bank.

I am so sick of the Bidwill bashing. The players they have provided and the coaches we have are all professionals making damn good coin and they are fully capable of winning 8 games. Yes even with this OL. Pride and professionalism is what we are talking about. If there are players on this board fans giving them Bidwill as a scapegoat for their own failings is lame.

This is all on the folks on the turf, both in bounds and out. Sack up and take some responsibility. The O is anemic (and no I am not talking about the line this time). Edge hold on to the rock for your 30M and get to training camp you premadonna. Fitz and Q don't drop the ball that hits you in the hand and Lienart I know your a rookie but if you are going to scramble for a 15 yrd 1st down don't slide 5yrds from a defender and two yards from the 1st down marker. And before you cut him too big a break - don't. We are too accustomed to setteling as a fan base and a team. The winners expect success on every play even from a rookie.

As for the D get some heart boys. You have all the talent. And Dansby grow up and stop underachieving and expecting rewards. You are a lazy ego maniac. The organization has done a good job with their extensions noted primarily by the fact that they did not extend Dansby who in effect held his breath all training camp and pouted over not being extended and the organization never exposed it (that is class). As talented as he might be I don't think he will ever fulfill his potential because he is too immature. Stop thinking so much about yourself and be a leader Carlos!

I had season tickets for years and I finally gave them up when I realized my brother and I were making more of an effort going to the games and supporting the team than the players were making on the field.

We get it, you think Bill missed the block that lead to the game being lost.

My question is, if Denny had won this year, would there still be bashing for the Bidwill's?

I think some people here would have found something the gripe about.

I do belive that this team has given up and this the Bidwill's have to prove this offseason that they are committed to winning.

Good, then they can read how pissed off most people in my section were that they F'd up the Audio for the Tillman Tribute.

They had 6 games to fix it. I can only imagine they didn't feel like shelling out a couple grand to fix it.

So why is it that the Cardinals are the only professional sports franchise that keeps on getting players and coaches that are incompetent and/or heartless decade after decade?

You hold a player accountable for missing a block but you dont hold accountable the man who controls the franchise? His bad decisions are just excused.

Yo Players - If you do, please stop!

Better you should spend every waking hour duringt the season trying to get better instead of wasting time trolling the blogosphere to check on how people feel about you.

Have the Bidwills made mistakes past and present, sure, but they did not build this team, they let a guy that most people on this board were stoked over do it and he failed and not everyone wants to put the blame on the Bidwills. It is not justified in this case.

Every Monday there are one of these lines. "Green missed a tackle and gave the game away on that play, so the Bidwills are laughing to the bank." I am so over it.

They are not great owners, but they have made a effort to field a winning team and now because the Cards are 1 and 8 it is the owners fault, but yet over the summer this team was suppose to contend for the playoffs and because the season has not gone the way many have predicted, it is the owners fault.

I don't think that's an accurate representation.

During the season, the owner has much less control over the minute to minute occurrences for the team than do the coaches and players. I don't think anyone intends to see the Bidwills get a free ride on the team's performance, but each decision has to stand on its own.

Yes, the team was allowed to flounder for quite a long time, but the ownership has turned it around in recent years. Unfortunately, you can make plenty of right decisions, and things can still go wrong.

Ownership was responsible for assembling this group of players and coaches. Please give me the reference to any of you who predicted, prior to the season starting, that this team would be 1-8 after nine games.

We're all frustrated and angry, and I'm willing to bet that Bill and Michael are pretty angry too. Right now, I'm focusing my anger on coaching. If the ownership doesn't come through in the off season, I'll refocus.

Finally, a reasonable perspective...
