Ok but they can make more money by staying in college. So that's not as easy as one may think

I agree, but you dont often see a move from NCAA coordinator to NFL head coach. There is usually a stop as an NFL coordinator in there.

Take an NCAA D-Coordinator...lets him create a top defense in the NFL, and then he gets a head coaching spot
