I can not believe how the Suns have been performing so well. This road trip really blew me away, and made me even more proud to be a fan of such a determined ball club. What's even more crazy are some the critics are starting to bite their tongue, while those who were fans of the old are coming back and writing like crazy. Looking at the Yahoo sports page, they are ranking the Suns as the #1 team right now. Too surreal...

I would still prefer we would be rebuilding though...and get in a position to get some exciting new talent to build around such as John Wall.
Or that we drafted smarter.. Buddinger and Blair in the 2nd round such obvious steals..

Why rebuild now. Aside from Nash and Hill, this is a fairly young team. Our bench is not full of vet mins like in the past. Yes lets draft better, but the point of rebuilding would be to get back to where we are at the moment. Besides, we don't have the picks.

How much younger do we need to be geesh? We have a good young team with a few older vets which imo you NEED to be a legitimate contender. Rarely if ever does a team with all young players ever do anything in the playoffs, you have to have the vets for the young guys to learn from and to lean on in the playoffs! Nash, Grant, even Amare are those guys for this team we need to have them! Screw rebuilding when we can be good now with some young talent and one of the best PG's in the league!

I don't have faith in the Suns drafting anymore. If the Suns had not sold or bartered away their picks they could have probably used them in trade to acquire some younger talent with upside. Even if the Suns had their own pick in 2010, I wouldn't have any faith in them using it wisely.
