Ross and Rachel's first kiss on Friends has topped a new poll of tv smooches.

The television couple, played by David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston, first locked lips in the second season of the sitcom and their kiss beat Richard Chamberlain's romantic encounter with Rachel Ward in The Thorn Birds in the new poll in us tv magazine tv guide.

The top 10 tv kisses are:

1. Ross + Rachel (Friends)
2. Father Ralph + Meggie (The Thorn Birds)
3. Sam + Diane (Cheers)
4. Carrie + Mr Big (Sex + The City)
5. Kate + Sawyer (Lost)
6. Buffy + Spike (Buffy The Vampire Slayer)
7. Susan + Mike (Desperate Housewives)
8. Pacey + Joey (Dawson's Creek)
9. Sydney + Vaughn (Alias)
10. Marissa + Ryan (The Oc).

There was some kind of show on tv this weekend about the making of that show. You got to see Blossom as an adult.

What a lame list

I would have to go with the Father Dowling mystery where Mr Cunningham kissed Angela Lansbury. I just knew i was straight after seeing that hot piece of action

I have to throw in a sports one: When Sir Charles kissed a donkey after losing a bet to Kenny Smith on whether or not Yao Ming would ever score a certain number of points in a NBA Game.
