The recruiting in the 2026 recruiting class is heating up, and while spring practice is going on, schools are having a multitude of prospects visit. Michigan State has hosted a ton of prospects this spring, and the Spartans now have one of the biggest prospects on their board coming in for a visit.

Zachary Washington, a wide receiver from Wheaton (IL) is one of, if not the top target on wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins' recruiting board. On Tuesday, Washington is going to be in East Lansing for an unofficial visit for spring practice.

Washington is a high 3-star, 6-foot-2 and 185 pound wide receiver prospect. The Spartans are in heavy competition with Indiana, West Virginia and Wisconsin for the prospect, while all four schools currently hold planned dates for official visits.
