Before the start of NFL free agency, the Pittsburgh Steelers traded their second-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft to the Seattle Seahawks for wide receiver DK Metcalf. This not only puts the Steelers first and third-round picks in the spotlight, but also opens up opportunities for the Steelers on the third day of the draft.
Looking at the late-round prospects, here are our favorites for the Steelers at each of their top positions of need.
Cook is an effortless athlete and natural thrower who just needs an opportunity to develop his processing speed.
Converted quarterback who has the potential to make plays at three different positions thanks to his elite athletic ability.
Horsley is a stout run defender who plays every play like he was shot out of a cannon.
Slight build but lightning quick and excellent hands.
