Orlando gets
Shawn Marion ($11.3 million, 2009)
Howard Eisley ($6.4 million, 2006)
#7 pick
Phoenix gets
Grant Hill ($14.5 million, 2007)
Drew Gooden ($3.2 million, 2006)
#1 pick
The Suns keep all of their cap space, except for the difference in salaries between the two draft picks.
Orlando might consider it if they're desperate to get out of Hill's contract. The Suns would have to take on that dead weight, but at least they have the space to do it and get rid of Eisley in the process. It's only three more years, and it's probably worth it to get Okafor. And there's always the chance that Hill could play again, or at least be retired and off the cap within two years (in time to extend Stoudemire).
If the Magic insisted on more, the Suns could include Cabarkapa or Jacobsen -- not that they improve the deal a whole lot.
