Awesome thread Mitch! It was as though I wrote it myself. I became a Cardinal fan in the Fall of 64. I just never could understand why EVERYONE didn't fall in love with the beautiful red Cardinal uniforms. I grew up in Syracuse, NY, so almost everyone I knew was a Giants fan. Every year was a new year & every year I thought we would win. Unfortunately, I usually ended up crying myself to sleep so many Sunday nights through those tough years. So it came as no surprise that when Dockett intercepted that last desperate lateral to win the NFC Championship, all I could do was...............cry............tears of joy. So proud to be a Cardinal fan!!
