Nothing encapsulates the new Cardinals under B.A & Steve Keim than the toughness they exhibited Sunday night in Seattle.

I really believe one of the key turning points in the game was the 15-yard personal foul against Larry Fitzgerald. Not only did Larry get up, but he was vocally celebrating the key first down that the Seahawks so generously gave us.

Remember a few years ago when Early Doucet got leveled by a big hit and it seemed to take the wind out of the Cardinals sails. Or even two years ago when safety Kam Chancellor put a big hit on starting tackle Eric Winston.
----
The whole genesis of this season's success was when Michael Bidwill got together with Larry Fitzgerald and got the ball rolling on the future Hall-of-Famer continuing his Cardinal tenure. It is one of the best $22-million investments this franchise has ever made in my opinion.

Fitz does it all. Great face of the franchise. One of the best blocking WR's in the game. Probably the best hands in the game at this time and maybe ever. Amazing route runner and is a beast with RAC. How about his support and enthusiasm for his teammates.

Fitz is worth every penny he earns.

When I saw Fitz go down from that hit, I thought, oh oh, that's a sure concussion. Then he bounced right up. Can't believe he wasn't injured.

Been saying it for a while now. He is the Tim Duncan of the NFL. Love the guy.

Fitzgerald is a phenomenal football player. Once in a generation type player. Remarkable. I don't know if anyone read the Peter King article on offensive game plans, but one thing that struck me was how BA said Fitz was our best out-and-up guy, the best at it. Maybe he can't do streaks, like a Floyd, but when it comes to moves and hands, he's the best BA has seen and he said as much. Fitz also blocks really well. Some of them seem kind of sissy at times, but that's because defenders don't even know if he's chipping and going out for a pass, so they're hesitant.

I really believe Fitz is our best weapon. Our most important weapon. He makes everyone in the middle sink and sag their hips and hesitate, and that opens up everything outside.

I truly believe that each week, Fitz is right at the top of worries for the defensive coordinators who have to prepare for us. The genius of Arians, and the unselfish greatness of Fitz to embrace playing in the slot and blocking in the run game, makes it much harder to dictate coverage on Fitz. And he is usually the one drawing safeties up for downfield shots to both Floyd and Brown.

There were a few (I'll leave them unnamed) on here who, before this season and even before LAST season, burried Fitz 6 feet under and claimed he was done.
He's on pace for a 100 catch, 1,400 yard season... And I am LOVING every minute of it!!

We are very lucky to have the pleasure of watching this men of men play. Larry will go to the hall but not just yet. I hope he gets his ring. If anyone deserves it he does!
