- RB Miles Sanders: Signed to a one-year deal.
- RB Javonte Williams: Signed a one-year, $3 million deal with a max value of $3.5 million.
- WR Parris Campbell: Signed a one-year deal.
- OG Robert Jones: Signed a one-year deal worth up to $4.75 million.
- Edge Dante Fowler Jr.: Signed a one-year, $8 million deal.
- Edge Payton Turner: Signed a one-year, $3 million deal with $2 million guaranteed.
- DL Osa Odighizuwa: Re-signed on a four-year, $80 million contract that includes $58 million guaranteed.
- DL Solomon Thomas: Agreed to a two-year contract.
- LB Kenneth Murray Jr.: Acquired in a trade with the Titans in exchange for a late-round pick swap; the Cowboys receive Pick No. 239 overall (seventh round), and the Titans receive No. 188 (sixth round).
