Trade everybody!!!!!!!!

I personally don't care who we trade as long as there is a winner on the field come this season.

Make it so Denny.

If we trade Boldin Im going to be very very pissed off. Thats the old way the Cards operated, dont trade a star who wants to play here. Pay his ass cause he deserves it!

he doesn't deserve for more than we're apparently offering. Anyone who hires Rosenhaus is thinking DOLLARS - not team as well. And what has he done - he had a freakish rookie season(which really showed to have very little impact on actual games), then succumbed to previous fears of knee problems and looked mediocre coming back. Just because we're used to absolute crap doesn't make his decentness mean that much more - that's how we got into prblems with Ray Thompson and LJ Shelton's contracts.

Let me ask everyone a question. Can you really blame Boldin for wanting more than 700,000 per year? If you were in his shoes would you play the next 2 years at that? Be honest.

thats not the problem he wants more then 5 mill a year, you dont get Drew as your agent for nothing.

Absolutely not - but to apparently scoff at 15 mill guaranteed for a injury prone possession receiver is ludicrous IMO. Again - our offense had 4 of it's best 6 games - while Boldin was out of the lineup - he's not as important as you guys make him out to be.

Ahh I see. What is the average amount that WR's make? Off the top of your head do you know how much pro bowl WR's make?

Boldin made one Por Bowl and was injured and mediocre the next - I'd hardly annoit him a Pro Bowl reciever at this point.

Makes alot of sense, but still I love having this guy on our team and I really would hate to hear for the next 5 years how stupid the Cards were for trading him.

With posts like these, do I even need to? Okay. I'll give it a :raccoon: . From now on, if I like what you said, I'll just give you a :raccoon: . That's okay, right?

Thats not what I was saying, I was saying how much do Pro bowl WR's make to compare what Boldin wants. I like the guy but I just didnt pound a 32oz of Boldinade.

my bad - I thought that's what you were inferring - my mistake. Good question though. Look at what Derrick Mason just signed for - he's pretty muh a healthy veteran Boldin clone IMO.

The average top 5 highest WR salaries and bonuses is $7,768,000. Top 5 WR, Boldin is not. And thats with Moss' over inflated cap figure.

Plus it is 5 mill gauranteed plus his base salary.

Mason got 5 years - 20 million - 11 Million guaranteed. Boldin and Rosenhaus are out of his mind if they think he's worth much more than that.

agree - you see the issue here now?

As much asit pains me to say this - Bennett and a 2nd is a pretty okay deal - both Bennett and Boldin are injury risks, but Bennett I think has MUCH MORE explosive upside than Q and it's at a position of dire need - especially in light of Boldin wanting the house, the stadium and the naming rights apparently. Throw in the 2nd rounder and it's slowly becoming a no-brainer to me.

I would hate to see him go but if he wants TO money he needs to play like TO next year then ask for the big bucks, Dont ask over 5 mil when you barely played last year. I didnt know he turned down the 5mil. Time to change my Avatar!

Don't go saying bad things about boldin that you can't take back when he's leading the league in TDs next year in a Cards uni.

Hey, speaking of Cards unis: I want to see those new ones!

I agree with the above. I tend to believe it's true ONLY because Drew is his agent.
