Garrett Williams played less snaps in 2024 than Starling Thomas. 71% to 75%. In a year where he was healthy. 5th on the team in defensive snaps and no one here argues the defense and CB room was stacked last year.

A really good nickel CB is valuable, but there does need to be context of what the top end of that value looks like. Tyrann Mathieu is probably the best example of a what a top end nickel CB looks like and he rarely came off the field except for injury.

Sure, you can do all kinds of manipulation for accounting purposes, but remember that Cap space is not available cash.

We know how much Cap space the CARDS have, not the amount of cash Monti has available to spend this fiscal year.
