I thought 4 years at $80 million! Great deal! I wonder how much counts this year. If the $43 is all bonus, that could take about $8 million from this years cap and shoulde leave ~$22 million after Beachum and the rookie pool.
It won’t all be bonus. Some will likely be signing bonus and the first two years of the contract are also likely guaranteed.

Glad for the big fella. Keim takes a lot of heat here, but Budda, Honey Badger, and Trey are all-timers.

I know if won't be. That's worst case of the impact this year. We'll likely have a little more money.

The same guy who connected with him 111 times last season.

Of course Kyler picks a photo where he looks almost as tall as McBride who is 6'4".

Or did Kyler doctor this photo to make himself taller??????

;)

Maybe Trey ain't 6'4".
Well I can vouch that he is. I've stood and had a convo with him for like 3 minutes and I'm 6'4" :)

I also spoke to Kyler for about 2-3 minutes and he’s nowhere close to 6’4” lol

Deets?
Can't find anything

Sorry, I was looking for confirmation

4 yrs... I would have gone 5...
Good deal all around
4 year extention = 1 remaining year + 4 more.

I think with the explosion of the salary cap expected in 2027, this is the absolute maximum you can sign players to.

NFL.com reports that his base salary stays low in this season and then jumps next season meaning the cap hit is only going to be 20% of the garanteed money in the new deal (if contract is structured that way)
